The law firm was born from the fusion of skills of different professionals.

The law firm was founded in 2008 with the merger of two complementary practices: that of Mr. Paolo Adriano, Court of Cassation lawyer enrolled at the bar of lawyers since 1997, and that of Mr. Emanuele Rossi, enrolled at the bar of lawyers since 2005 and also Court of Cassation lawyer since 2018. Emanuele Rossi and Paolo Adriano have also obtained the qualification as professional brokers under Leg. Dec. 28/2010.
The experience of Mr. Paolo Adriano originates from area of Cuneo, where he has always worked in the civil and criminal fields. Mr. Emanuele Rossi, who graduated in commercial law with Prof. Paolo Montalenti, practiced in Turin from 2001 to 2008, first at the firm of Balbo di Vinadio-Di Chio-Disegni, where he gained experience in matters of banking and bankruptcy, and later in the law firm of Prof. Vittorio Barosio in Turin, where he also practiced in the field of administrative law, refining his experience in the fields of civil and commercial law. Mr. Emanuele Rossi was also an assistant professor with the Public Law chair of the Faculty of Political Science, directed by Prof. Roberto Cavallo Perin.
